A closer view of ARVON’s imagined neighborhood

Good places.
Better everyday.

A home to grow in. A café to meet in. A corner of town that feels a little more like you.

We are ARVON, a design-and-build studio bringing people and places closer. From the first idea to life after the keys, we think beyond the building.

We don’t just build in a community.
We become part of it.

A shared table. A weekend market. A conversation that starts something new. These are the things that turn a collection of buildings into a neighborhood.

Community: A longer table. A closer neighborhood.

Our courtyard became a shared living room for one bright afternoon. Local makers brought ceramics, seasonal food and ideas; neighbors brought their curiosity.

These small gatherings are part of the work. A place comes alive through the people who use it, and listening to them helps us understand what the next chapter should be.

What a courtyard gives back

Design notes: What a courtyard gives back

A courtyard is more than a gap in a plan. It brings light into the middle of a home, creates a protected patch of outdoors, and offers a quiet point of connection between rooms.

In A House Around a Tree, the design begins with what was already there. Preserving the tree gave every room a shared view and every season a different character.

Good ideas need room to grow

The best conversations often start around a physical model. Moving a wall, opening a courtyard, or turning a building toward the sun becomes something everyone can understand.

We are making more time for these shared sessions, bringing architecture, construction and neighborhood perspectives to the same table from the start.
